Brian VanWagoner,
Area Director
Brian has served FCA Lakeshore since May 2023 and stepped into the director role in May 2024. He resides in Grand Haven with his wife Bethany and their three children.
Ethan Day,
Area Rep
Ethan came on staff full time in January 2025 with FCA Lakeshore and FCA Motor Sports. He resides in Twin Lake when he's not traveling for racing.
Jared Fleming,
Area Rep
Jared became full time staff in December 2024 with FCA Lakeshore. He resides in Muskegon with his wife and dog and they are expecting Baby Girl Fleming in April 2025. He is also a former teacher and wrestling coach.
Ted Manning,
Area Rep
Ted has served FCA Lakeshore since 2014, previously started a Huddle as AD in 1994. He resides in Holland with his wife Kristie and is an assistant coach for the Hope football team.
